
KIDS PROGRAM
Exercise is crucial for the overall well-being and development of children. It helps them maintain a healthy weight, build strong muscles and bones, and develop cardiovascular fitness. It is also beneficial for the development of motor skills and co-ordination and in a group setting it can help children learn to participate in a group setting and work as a team.
Muay Thai not only increases physical fitness, it also enhances confidence and has a strong focus on discipline. Kids learn to follow instructions, respect their instructors and peers, and focus on the techniques being taught. Muay Thai. It is a perfect way to keep your kids active and engaged.
Kids are often nervous to start Muay Thai training however, once they attend their first session close to 100% of them continue training. This is why we offer a free trial class for all new students. Your child will be welcomed into a friendly community where lifelong friends are formed and teamwork is emphasised.
It is our priority to ensure your child's safety at all times. We do this by teaching proper technique and providing a controlled environment.
